Straw yellow in colour with a complex aroma combining citrus fruits, green apple, honey and hints of smokiness. Its flavour is fresh, with an intense natural acidity well integrated into the structure and body of the wine. A persistent and full flavoured finish.

Crustaceans (Crabs, King Crabs, Prawns) in all forms are appropriate as an accompaniment – it's oily texture allows the smoothness of the Chardonnay to be appreciated. Fish, such as Conger, Lemon Sole or Sea Bass/ Croaker, either grilled or sautéed, are also suitable to accompany the wine. It is also ideal to drink with soft cheeses or with Edam or Gruyere.
